Our stay was simply outstanding! The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views from our room and plenty of family-oriented activities. The staff truly made our experience special with their warm hospitality, especially Brenda and Halima at the reception. The dining options were diverse and delicious, although I'd love to see more kid-friendly meals. Overall, everything was well managed, but there's room to enhance the kids' activities further.
I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. While the facilities, including the pool and cleanliness, were impressive, the service left much to be desired, especially during my check-in ordeal. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there were moments where it felt like my needs weren't met properly. Overall, the hotel has potential but could greatly improve in terms of staff responsiveness and service delivery.
I had a delightful stay at the PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and Spa. The staff went out of their way to assist me, especially during my unexpected extension of stay. The facilities were top-notch, offering plenty to do for both adults and kids. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't extend my stay when needed as the hotel was fully booked, which was unfortunate.
My stay at Pride Inn Paradise Beach Resort was memorable, particularly for families like ours. The variety of food options was impressive, and the kids loved the water park and swimming pools. Although check-in had some hiccups, the staff addressed my concerns and the overall atmosphere was refreshing. The rooms were comfortable, but there were minor issues that could be improved for a better experience.
